Here's a little bit about who we are, but we'd really love to know you as well. We hope you give us a chance to meet and get to know you.
After Bible College, I started a church in inner-city Pittsburgh, then moved to San Antonio and worked with a church for 5 years. Later I worked with a company giving technology presentations while Maureen and I home-schooled our four kids and taught Bible classes at church. We were members of Oak Hills Church for 24 years and served as an elder couple at the North Central Campus for 10 years. It was while doing prison ministry that I was called to help begin North Central Fellowship.
I was born in Annapolis, Maryland and grew up in a Baltimore suburb. After high school I joined the Air Force, which gave me my first experience with San Antonio - Basic Military Training at Lackland AFB. Later I became an Air Force Chaplain stationed at Lackland - which was much nicer than the first time. My wife, Amanda, and I were married in 1998 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Though our families still live back east, we both love making San Antonio our home.
